This precious girl modeled another one of my tests for Agnes. Each photo seems to be better than the first. Her sweet little face is perfect for darling little knits.
The scallops are created by a varied use of yarn overs. I really thought this bonnet was so sweet and gentle.
The Avonlea Skirt My social media is full of photos of adorable children who are excited for their first day of school! Everyone is dressed to impress! The little ones are wearing their new shoes and outfits. All are accessorized with big hair bows and even bigger smiles! The Avonlea Skirt was directly inspired by the excitement of this season and my love for all things vintage! I, of course, had to have something extra special for my own little student! I wanted her to have a great first day of school too! This pattern is designed to have a bit of a vintage feel. The DK weight yarn is light weight and knits up quickly! I hope you enjoy knitting it for your little girl. Please share the finished results here or on Ravelry! I would love to see this skirt in action! This pattern came about fairly spontaneously! My sweet friend, Ashley, had been seeking a certain pattern for arm warmers. When none were found, I decided to try my hand at writing up a pattern for her. Thus, this was named after her Aunty, Phyllis. The Phyllis Wristlet is intended to be a simple and quick knit. It is great for new knitters who desire to create a gift worthy project. Knit flat and boasts a beautiful mock cable. I hope you enjoy this as much as we have. Please share your finished projects with us here or on Ravelry! Size: One Size Fits All Materials: ⦁ Yarn- Any worsted weight. The Adeline Slouchy is a beehive style hat. This is a simple stitch combination used in a variety of projects. I hope you enjoy knitting this up as much as I have!
